I am so very lucky! I felt unwell about 3/4 of the way through my iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre 6am class on Wed. I had to leave. The lovely Jill Nugent was most solicitous and helpful.
By the time I got home I was spiking a fever, and my teeth chattering uncontrollably. I received an email that day from the wonderful Janine Charron, owner of the Studio, checking on me. This is just one of the reasons why I think they are the BEST. period…. In all areas: From the front desk, where you are welcomed every time, to the great instructors, right on up to the boss. I received a follow-up email on Thursday, also. .
Its Friday afternoon and I am finally feeling somewhat better. I make a point of shouting out to the world when companies do RIGHT, we are too quick to do so when things are not to our liking, yet often forget to give credit and kudos for a job well done.#STUDIObarre
