Per online video meeting =$300 (1 hour or less)
OVM over 1 hour are charged an additional =$200
(for each additional hour,or part thereof)
Includes the following:
Set-up guests in the green room (15 minutes prior to live)
Prep guests with their name and tagline for their lower-third in Hangout Toolbox( for YouTube Live-stream only)
Audio checks, sound and headset requirements
Check PowerPoint is properly formatted to play in the online video event (if required)
Broadcast start and stop
Mute, maintenance, re-entry for guests as required
NOTE: Prepayment of $300 is required to set-up all of the video production for any of the Live stream/ Video apps.
Pricing in bulk can be arranged for 3 or more video meetings/events in a 90 day period.

Initial set-up of the event ( YouTube, Zoom etc** )for Live events in YouTube:
create Tags, add to playlist (if set-up),set language and basic reqs
All other apps prep description and tags for the upload after the video meeting is completed.
Insert custom image [prepared by client - provided with initial info]( for promo 1 week prior to event) if provided
Invitations for audience ( At time of set-up)
Embed code for website/blog (provided after initial set-up – installation on your website or blog is the client's responsibility - can be added as an additional service)
YouTube/Event code for marketing
Invitations for guest(s) coming into the Video event at start time ( For YouTube Live events:ready only after the Hangout has been started)
