Municipal Election 2018  New Ottawa City Council

Congratulations to Jim Watson sailed to a third consecutive term as mayor of Ottawa, Congrats to the incumbents who maintained their seats, Steve Blais, Tim Tierney, Mathieu Fleury, jan Harder, Allan Hubley, Eli El-Chantiry, Rick Chiarelli, Ken Egli, Diane Deans, Tobi Nussbaum, Catherine McKenney, Jeff Leiper, Riley Brockington, Jean Cloutier, George Darouze, Scott Moffatt

 Carol Anne Meehan won the race in Gloucester-South Nepean unseating the incumbent.   Glen Gower and Shawn Menard are the new councillors in Stittsville.  Matthew Luloff won out of 17, the record number of people vying for the seat in Orleans, and Laura Dudas took Innes ward.  School trustee Theresa Kavanagh took Bay ward and Kanata North elected Jenna Sudds.

March 24th, 2018 The Jenn Hayward show is proud to bring women speakers to the Bronson centre for a day of motivation, inspiration and change making best practices!  The event will speak to anyone needing to make a change in their lives and in the lives of others!

She’s The Change features keynote speaker Bif Naked, three feature speakers Lara RaeBernadette Muyomi and Khusbu Agrawal.  The event will also feature many local change makers here in Ottawa including Elaine Lindsay  our own digital futurist and lifetime learner who believes in learning something new every day!
